"Thank you so much for everything. You made a massive difference in my life and I appreciate everything you did. Thank you."
"Back last July, I slipped at work, broke my patella bone in half and shattered in three different places. When I first called the office of Mr. Wisniewski, his receptionist took plenty of time to let me explain my situation to her. She than explained it to Mr. Wisniewski. The next morning, I received a call from him. He then, in return, took as much time as needed with me to explain a lot of good advice for me at that time I was in a rehab center. A couple of months later, I got to meet him in person. Very personable, helpful, went over everything with me like what to expect. During the first meeting, he earned my respect. I liked him very much. It's getting close to the end of my case and I would like to say, in my mind, he is a friend. I'd like to say Thank You to him and his staff."
"I was injured at work in 2009. Over my 10+ years of representation by Bob, I've had multiple surgeries and hundreds of physical therapy sessions. All the while, Bob and his staff stood by me providing guidance and first class representation throughout my medical/legal proceedings and court appearances. The one, MOST IMPORTANT FACT, that a first-time injured individual might not anticipate is that an insurance company will do everything in it's power to deny you care through an unscrupulous network of adjusters, doctors and lawyers. Don't learn this lesson the hard way; hire an attorney. Bob is extremely knowledgeable and has demonstrated, first-hand, the ability to favorably navigate the workers' comp process to achieve a positive outcome for an injured worker. My case continues with the probability of several surgeries still likely. Looking back and going forward, I'm confident that I have Bob and his team of professionals behind me. Many thanks to you and your staff!"
"I am so grateful for your law firm taking on my case. Because of my work injury, I was unable to do much for myself and didn't know where to start to reopen my case. The extreme dizziness from my work injury made it impossible for me to understand what needed to be done to reopen my workers' comp case. After being told by 3 different Independent Medical Examiners that I was released to go back to work "full duty," and my case being closed, I was referred to your office because I knew it was impossible for me to return to work in my condition! My work injury was severe enough, I actually qualified for disability! Thank you, Javier Grajeda, for fighting for me and speaking for me when I couldn't speak for myself. My workers' comp case has been reopened and now, I'll be able to receive the medical attention I'm so badly needing. You showed me your compassion and care for me with my condition and also your trustworthiness concerning my case. I cannot thank you enough for your help and all that you have done for me. May God bless you."
